  Yes, I agree. But I must say that the map on this page is way off. It does not show the place in question at all. I know the City does not have control of this system yet, from Chris. However, when I asked when I received no reply. I'd like to know when the City will own this system so we all can rest assured that this condition, which is dangerous to public safety, will abate.

  Thanks for your citation, it reminded me of what we all know and look forward to changing immediately, if not yesterday.

  I absolutely agree. I drive this way every day and I love how smooth my commute has become since the new road opened, but this is more than an inconvenience. It's definitely a safety concern!

  Thank you for utilizing SeeClickFix. You can download the mobile app on your i-phone or Android device for free.

  We are aware of the timing issues currently occurring along Hancock, Burgin and the Hannon Parkway. The road is still under the jurisdiction of the State. Once we get control of the road, we are going to make several changes in timing to help improve traffic flow. At present we are monitoring these areas to get information that will help us in that process.

  Chris, I know you may not know the answer as to when The City will have control, but can you try to find out to help us feel a sense of timing for this situation to change? I know I would feel better having a time fram, thank you.

  Hawkeye and others,
  I've received word that the timing changes will be completed within the next 2-3 weeks. Our traffic engineer was performing a usage study upon which to base the timing changes, and that process is coming to completion soon.

  Thanks for using this system. As you can see, it's a great way to submit constituent requests and get feedback and info from the City. Tell your friends, because the more people participate, the better it will be for everyone involved.

  I don't have one, but prehaps this system can get an App for mobile phones, too! : )
