Semi trailers in back of parking lot contain road salt. Witnessed front loader off loading road salt at 9:15 pm last night could not see what they were loading salt into but the sounds were more like trucks. This went on until at least 10pm. Noise issues? Is this property zoned for this purpose? Also they keep the parking lot lights on all night and very much a nuisance to us homeowners on Wellington.
