Description
39/41 Loomis Street has a front porch that is rotted and collapsing. It is currently held up by some buttresses, but is still very dangerous. I wouldnt step foot on or near it! Students live there and pay their rent. I know they have complained since August but nothing has been done. Please avert a tragedy and an eyesore. Can the landlord please fix ASAP?
Thank you!

Chris, someone would be violating child labor laws if I worked construction in the 80s.
Would just like to see a little flexibility with things getting done in the winter. Its not so much getting it done in the winter, but finding someone who wants to do it in the winter. Construction workers have a tendency to show up once for a job and never again. Glad to see the permit has been pulled though.
