Description

Circling helicopter over same neighborhood (California and Foothill) for 3 consecutive nights. Makes impossible to sleep. Called in dispatch and no emergency reported but was told helicopter was used to assist in routine traffic stops. There must be a decibel level being surpassed. Would like to know what is acceptable by city codes and what this helicopter is displaying.
