That garbage often makes it's way onto my property. Over a dozen times now we have had to move mattresses, dressers, large closets, and broken televisions. What's worse, we have been cited for this dumped garbage when unable to move it right away as we've had to make arrangements to have it hauled. And this is only after we notice it (we live on the Cliff Street side and rarely pass through Van Cortlandt). It's a huge, costly inconvenience and unfair. It might be easier to overlook if it'd only happened once or twice, but this is utterly ridiculous.
