Description

The crosswalk lights give the flashing hand and count down, then switch back to the walk signal. It cycles like that over an over before finally letting the stoplight change. I'm not sure if it's supposed to do that, but I can't see any reason for it. Since I can't turn right on that red light, I sometimes just have to turn around and take an alternate route -- thinking that the light might never change.
