tree in between 385 and 405 is dying and branches are falling off.

I do not think that anyone has come to look at the tree and trim any branches

This hasn't been addressed to my knowledge. Today more branches fell on and near my car. I am afraid this tree will fall like another did 2 years ago and cause a lot of damage.
