Description
This pedestrian crossing, next to a school, has a lighted display that activates when the pedestrian pushes a button. However, I counted at least four bulbs that are burnt out, one that is flickering, and I think one fixture is completely missing. Please fix. We just lost an elderly man at a pedestrian crossing at Otis and Grand. Would not like to lose a child here.
