Description

Right of Way/Possible Code Enforcement Issue. Abandoned/Disabled green minivan on Luray Drive where it intersects with Front Royal for over three months. Inoperable, flat tire, unsightly, and an issue for passing traffic/traffic attempting to turn on to Front Royal.
