Description
I wish this street light was burned out. It is TOO BRIGHT. I needs a shroud on it to cut down on how much glare it shoots into my front yard and house. Several light further south on vine are shrouded.

A shroud would be great!

Flanary,
I heard back from TDOT. This light actually belongs to and is maintained by TEP. I will give them a call.

I talked to TEP and let them know the issue. They are sending a crew. I am not sure the time frame.

This is still unchanged. Would it help if I (and others) contacted them as well? If so what is the best number or email to call? I did email the city office once back and November but got no answer. SeeClickFix has been more responsive. Since this light is a TEP unit it kinda makes sense to get no response from that office but it would have been better customer service from that dept to give a quick reply with actions I could take.

Jerry,
Sorry for the delay. I try to monitor SeeClickFlix for the Ward 3 office, as we are copied on requests that go out to City Depts.
The number I called first was 520-623-7711 which is there local customer care number line. This is where they took all of the information.
I agree with you on the customer service point. SeeClickFlix is primarily an intake for the various city departments and we keep trying to get them to be more integrated.
Thank you for your commitment.
Matt
