You can report it here - but you need to create a new issue (or maybe you can change the location on the issue - I've never tried that...). The location you created this issue at is at the Kingston Plaza in uptown Kingston. That may be because the mapping software does not know where the Caldor Plaza is - try using: 1363 Ulster Ave, Kingston, NY.

Also, since I don't know if the Town of Ulster monitors this - Frank Petramale is the highway superintendent (info below). But if the pothole is off the highway, you might need to report it to the management company of the Caldor Plaza. Their information is also below.
