Looks like our Public Utility Department is going to have to investigate this one...just an update. I will post another update when they've had a chance to take a look.

The difference in elevation around the valve boxes is not enough to warrant raising them at this point. We'll keep an eye on this and if it gets worse and meets the criteria for repair we will do so at that time.

The issue is not raising the height of the boxes. The issue is repairing the sinking pavement around the boxes and manhole covers. Please reinvestigate.
