I have notified EMC of this issue. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the light to be repaired. Keep in mind that this is the holiday season, so it may take a little longer as they may be short staffed this week. Once the light has been repaired or the 7 business days have passed, please let me know so that I can either close this issue or get back with EMC to determine why the issue has not been fully addressed.

I have re-reported this issue to EMC. They apologized for not addressing the issue and said the light should be repaired in 5 to 7 business days. Please let me know at the end of that time period whether the issue has or has not been resolved so that I can either take a different course of action or close this item.
