12/27/2014 The upper section of the paved Wissahickon Bike Trail, from Rittenhousetown Lane down to Forbidden Drive, is covered with leaves, compost, and gravel.

Does Philly Parks and Rec perform ANY routine maintenance on the Wissahickon Bikeway?
