Description

Students coming/going between RPI and downtown constantly run through traffic which is going entirely too fast. The rise in the road where the EMPAC is makes it hard to spot students and safely stop, and I would think it makes it hard for students to spot cars. This area needs, at least, some speeding control, and at worst, a dedicated pedestrian crossing light.
