Description

Too much traffic sitting still while there is no oncoming or cross traffic at almost all the stop lights on South Church Street. Need updated (flexible) traffic light timing. No reason to take 25 minutes to get from the City limits on S. Church to I-24 when there are no accidents or disabled vehicles blocking any lanes.
