Description

Del Taco parked a VW bug on the sidewalk in front of its sign blocking pedestrian traffic. They are giving away free phones to low income people. They got sign waivers on the sidewalk too. Traffic is crazy trying to get around his circus that is @#$% down the roadway and sidewalk.
