nothing the county can do with the problem of fruit , we will not remove live tree's based on the fruit - homeowner may apply for a permit through state forestry and have tree removed if granted permit , but it will be at homeowners cost

We as residents didn't have a chance to input to the approved tree list. That decision was made long before our lots were offered for sale and the tree plan was never revealed before or after sale.

We believe that a fruit bearing specie for residential street use should not have been an option.

Is there a process Greg whereby an entire block of neighbors can work together and with the county to improve a below expectations situation?
