This block is very dark, and could do with a (extra?) street light, or is it one light short?
Either way, very dark and creepy - even in the evening time!

The Department of Transportation has denied the request for additional street lighting at this location. DOT's response, dated June 6, 2015, is below:
"This is response to your January 9, 2015 e-mail regarding your request for additional street lighting on Foster Avenue between Rugby and Marlborough Road, Brooklyn. The Division of Street Lighting (DSL) completed a field investigation at the above location. As a result of their investigation, it was determined that the existing street lighting at this location are adequate, as per this Department’s standards.
