Description
People constantly park on the grass median between the street and the sidewalk that runs in front of the ball field at Forest River Park, between West Avenue and Shore Avenue. This chronic condition creates an ugly eyesore on in an otherwise nice neighborhood. It also creates conditions for mosquitoes to lay and hatch eggs in the spring and summer, creating an unhealthy situation for kids and parents at the park. Something can and should be done to prevent this ongoing problem.

This neighborhood is too pretty to watch it be slowly destroyed by (motorist) vandals. md.
