The Department of Utilities responded to this request and pumped water out. Meter is registering fast. Put new washer and tighten on outlet side. Changed and programmed meter and ERT water is leaking from outlet bottom resetter. Couldnpt get to roots in ground. No property damage.Customer is with water. Given to water maintenance. Request is closed.
