How we can get the hazardous loose manhole covers secured btwn the sidewalk and street at 1823 newton st nw? They have been loose for an obscenely long time.

I stepped on one of the covers and fell in. I banged my leg on the metal pretty hard. The sewer covers should not be in that condition and it's very lucky that no one has been hurt worse.

This needs to fixed immediately before someone else is hurt!
