Description

"Hacker hostel" CHez JJ. Tenants are being rent gouged by the manager who is charging them approx $1,000 per month for a bunk bed in a shared room. There are 12 beds for a total rent over $11,000--I suspect the real owner doesnt know and didn't agree to this. Chez JJ is pocketing the profit?
