Description

Street lights have been out for several weeks (5 lights in a row are not working - along St. Albans Drive from Hardimont Road to Benson Drive) These lights stopped working about the same time the A&TT cable was install along the south side of St. Alban Drive.

It has approximately two months and the street lights have not been fixed.

City staff has reported this issue in detail to Duke Energy Progress. It is likely an underground circuit fault that has de-energized these 6 consecutive lights. This will require a specialized Duke Energy Progress crew to repair. We will continue to follow up with Duke Energy Progress. Thank you.

Staff will follow back up on the sixth.
