Franklin Park light is too confusing to motoristw when flashing-most recent incident is as I was turning left (east) southbound onto Franklin Park with motorists waiting at the red flashing light-the motorist on Franklin park headed west, turning north proceeded in front of me as I was turning on the yellow light and didn't even stop-this light needs to return to a regular traffic light as the motorists in the area do not know what to do here-WAY too many incidents here-
