Description
Commercial vehicles parking in public street. These residents are running a lawn business out of their house and keeping 2 lawn trailers full of equipment, dump truck and boom truck which parks in driveway. Please address this issue as this neighborhood is zoned residential.

Thank you for your SeeClickFix notification dated December 19, 2014. Chief Holloway has asked me to respond directly to you regarding your issue with the commercial vehicle and two commercial trailers parked on the street at 5355 5 Avenue South. The information you provided was forwarded to Community Service Sergeant Richard Hladik to investigate.
Sergeant Hladik reported that he assigned Officer Caran Patrick to investigate the vehicle and trailers which were reported to have been parked on the street. Officer Patrick advised she conducted a Directed Patrol and found the vehicles parked on the street. She stated she made contact with the vehicle owner who advised he was moving from the area, which should alleviate any future problems. He further stated he had already been warned by the Codes Department. He stated he would move the trailers from the area. Officer Patrick advised she will continue to monitor the area and take appropriate action if she encounters any violation.
