East bound traffic on M59 is back up to M53 at 5pm. Shelby needs to widen their roads to eliminated the Schoenherr Road back ups

Easiest fix is to get the timing of the light back in sync and don't change it on the weekends. Having the light turn green 10-15 seconds sooner will keep flow. Ex. currently west bound traffic now has to stop, therefore when that traffic gets to M53 overpass they all get stopped again and anotehr backup at V.D. Green 10-15 seconds sooner, the flow continues through SChoenherr, M53 and Van Dyke.
