Description

Less than 2 months ago, the city came out and attempted to "patch" several areas of these streets, there was tar and loose gravel in numerous spots, causing them to fly back on windshields, etc. About a week later the city finally came back and repaved the streets completely, although there were several imperfections/uneven spots remaining, there was no more loose gravel/tar flying around damaging cars. At the end of last week, the city came out and poured gravel on the streets and nothing has been done since. Once again cars are being damaged, there is limited visibility due to the dust from the gravel, there are no lines visible on the main street(Whitehead Rd), you have to sit through several light cycles to turn onto Warwick, probably because the cars are sitting incorrectly waiting for the turn signal. Where are all these funds coming from??? What was the purpose of pouring loose gravel over a somewhat freshly paved street?
