Description

1970's era car parked in lot by trash dumpster in parking spot R2, north side of Sunshine Terrace Av SE, just east of University Blvd SE. Vehicle lacks a driver side, rear tire. Car propped up on block or large rock. Driver side window is partially rolled down. Vehicle registration tag expired in May 2014.
