Changed bad 40w 240v lumianire #4471.

An incorrect street light was used to replace the old one. First of all, the top of the light is not transparent and does not give off a glow. If you drive up to N. 29th at night, one can see this electric street light is the wrong kind. If you look at all the other electric street lights on Church Hill, you will easily see this light needs to be returned to the source from which it was purchased. Also, the electric street lights are a close match to the gas street lights and the sodium vapor lights in Libby Hill Park. This replacement light is no match. Thank you for either repairing the old one or locating the correct matching light.
