I see too many people at Giant food store and Walmart parking in Handicap spots without decals or a handicap license. I drive my handicapped Mom everywhere, we have a decal and many times have to park far away from stores because ignorant people park in the handicap spots. The police have to start driving through these parking lots and writing tickets!
