A corporate citizen, The Jefferson Hotel, appears to have received preferential treatment in having only a small part of W. Franklin repaved to appropriate standards. Kindly complete repaving of the entire length of W. Franklin, from Belvidere through downtown for those of us who live here and have to drive the entire stretch. Thank you!
