On 10/29/11A large oake tree state owned was damaged by the noreaster and fell on my property. Representatives of the state appeared assessed the situation and said they would remove it. As of this date 11/21/11 t's still sitting on my front lawn. I wqs told FEMA took over the operatiion and works on their own schedule. I just hope it's removed before the snows arrive and I have to look at this all winter long. Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated
