Caller reported that dog feces is everywhere at this apartment complex, "The Woodlands." Management does not seem to care and it is never cleaned up by either pet owners or property maintenance. Smells awful and it is hard to walk anywhere without stepping in it. Health & sanitation hazard. Area around Bldg 16 & 17, for example, are very bad. Caller's son lives there.
