Kudos for posting! By the time police responded (if s call was made) these urban assault vehicles would be long gone. Hopefully more users will attempt to catch these bandits in a photo which, hopefully, can be used to ID and remove these guys off the streets.

By phoning when you witness it there is a better chance then if you post. This site is not monitor every minute of the day by the city. Also you may be putting yourself in danger if it is noticed you a taking a picture of them.
I doubt if the photo taken in this case would help to identified the rider.

1. I called it in to 911 before I took photos and I waited until most cleared out before snapping a shot.

2. ClickFix chose not to post 3 photos with house numbers and other identifiers, which would help to locate and impound the ATVs.

You can call and give locations without being known. A while back I remember that you posted that a bullet was found on your lawn. Could it have been in retaliation for your posts?
