when at Bay Side
Rec Center today 13 december 2014 at 11:30, my wiife asked for a membership for a single adult, the man at the desk said two forms off ID were needed. she presented her virginia state drivers licence and military ID, he said they would not accept it becaause the military ID does not have the address on it. he wanted a utility bill. WHO carries a utility bill with them. His responce is very insulting. My son had scanned in about 10 minutes prior. he did not ask if we ad anouther membership. we then went to seatack rec center they asked if we had ever had an past membership we said yes and they pulled it up. the people of seatack were very accomidating and custamer service is very good. please work with the bay side rec centers frount desk personals custamer service, it needs to be improved. most of our activitys through the rec centers are at bba side. to me personalyI told her to use the rec centers on the Navy bases because they are no cost activities to people who hold a card. that inturn takes money away from this city. if this tpe of custamer service continues we will be asking for our money back.
