Actually, the intersection is the light with the left hand turn signal that is not working properly. If only 1 or 2 cars are sitting on the pressure pads for the light, it never turns the arrow green. When you work at UnitedHealthcare, our parking lot only exits on to Boices Lane, and that is the road that leads to the intersection with Enterprise drive. The other side of the parking lot is up against a tree line, and there is no other exit to use.
Back to my original point, everyone you ask tells you that the light is someone elses responsibility. It just needs to be fixed.

I live on a street where the light was retimed. Less convenient for me sure, but probably better for just about everybody else. Does the light really "not register", or do you just wait longer now? It won't work for 1 or 2 cars but works for 3?

That intersection serves thousands of cars a day. How many cars use the parking lot at UHC?

It appears this issue has been resolved. the left turn light is working properly now. Thanks to the person who got this fixed.
