9/13/2012 Service Review: Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government. This situation with trees needing maintenance behind the apartment buildings is duly noted; however Richmond Tree Management does not maintain trees growing in rear alley areas. This is no action the City will be able to take in this situation.

9/13/2012 – Courtesy call attempted today to contact our citizen (vmb) - Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government. This situation with the large hole from roots/stump coming out of ground has been formally reported to Richmond Tree Management Request #20020864271) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly.
