On Nov. 1st, the Streets Department dug a deep hole in front of 2013 Kimball St. Nearly four parking spaces on the street are impossible to use because of the hole. They posted no parking signs for Nov. 1st - Nov. 4th. As of Nov. 16th, the hole is still not filled. Numerous residents have called the streets department for information. They have been rude, deceptive, and threatening during these conversations. They have blatantly lied to us, made promises that have not been kept, given false names and numbers to send further complaints, and threatened to tow every car on the street unnecessarily. This behavior is unacceptable on too many levels to list. FIX THIS HOLE!!!
