On a way to regular basis, valet parking is leaving cars blocking the sidewalk, completely covering the pedestrian crossing markings, often for more than 15 minutes at a time. I've repeatedly pointed out to them that their patients using wheelchairs and crutches should not have to detour within this right of way. They have moved some large potted plants forward along the same area to disguise the problem.
