About a week ago a male was seen breaking up cinder blocks behind my fence. They were left behind my fence. The same week bulk trash was placed out in the alley, tv, head boards, trash cans with no tops, etc. were also placed out. Pilfers came through the alley on a truck to collect metal from the furniture placed out. They busted up the tv for parts and left strewn in the alley, along with weekly trash from containers, along with piles of leaves not picked up by the city.
