Description

This property has been vacant for several months. the exterior door to the second floor has been taken of the hinges and was leaning on the porch railing, until the wind knocked it down yesterday breaking the first floor window. Have noticed people going in and out during all hours ... although it is a vacant bank owned property. It needs to be boarded up so that pipes don't get stolen, or further vandalism (fire) occurs.
