Description

Very dangerous temporary detour sign is placed so that the pedestal base is in the right of way. I fell over it on December 7 and spent yesterday afternoon at the orthopedist to make sure my kneecap was not broken. The pedestal extends way too far onto the walking area of the sidewalk. Furthermore, the detour points east on Edenton Street which is one way going west. Someone needs to be responsible for these temporary signs and for placing them in a safe manner - and for removing them.
