Description

Red light for north bound Lincoln at the east bound 91 freeway on ramp/off ramp is way too long. The off ramp's green light stays on way too long with no cars exiting the freeway. Also, the green arrow for south bound Lincoln to the 91 east bound on ramp comes on automatically even when no cars are waiting to make a left turn on to the freeway. All the mentioned issues causes us to sit for a very long red light when heading north bound. I travel this route every morning between 4:30AM and 5:00AM
