1. This is a scam. $400 for junk cars isn't a quality business. These ads are a blight on the neighborhood. 2. The photo is here to give proof of location as a guide to the city staff, not to be a prefect representation of the issue.
Thanks for judging junk car dealers. They may think what you do to earn a living isn't legitimate. What's wrong with buying junk cars and stripping the parts? They're not stealing them. I think there's more important issues, like the clogged sewer at 20th and Randolph, graffiti, homeless citizens.
If you feel strongly about the poster, take it down yourself and save tax funded resources for something important.
Additionally, anyone in the neighborhood (you know who you are) that have an (some more than one) unregistered vehicle rotting in your driveway, get the phone number before the sign is removed. The rusted old cars leaking pollutants into the atmosphere are a blight. If you loved the car so much you couldn't part with it, the car would still run.
Look, the poster is an illegal poster. If you think anybody should be able to put any advertisement on public property then maybe take that up with city hall.
These ads were placed on about 6 poles around that intersection so I couldn't take all of 'em down.

Two issues:
1) You're wasting your life. This is just someone trying to make an honest dollar.
2) Learn how to take a picture. We can't really see the sign.
