Description

An overgrowth of plants left unattended for months has reached a point where 1/4 of the lane in this block of 5th St. is obstructed, creating a hazardous situation forcing vehicles to abruptly change lanes in a typically high-speed environment (100 ft in front of I-880 on-ramp). The image used for this report was captured by Google Street View on August 2014. The present condition of this overgrowth is far worse.
