Description
On the side of Grace street closest to Broad Street, there is a piece of sidewalk that is apparently missing, the sidewalk everywhere around this one location is filled in concrete; however, this is part is just dirt. It is particularly difficult to walk around when it rains as it becomes a puddle.

This situation with the permanent sidewalk panels needing to be replaced now has been formally reported to Richmond Sidewalk Mgmt (20020877043) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly.
