Description

This is just a suggestion...what if we were, as a town and/or county,took all the smushed up trees/leaves in the landfills in each town...were to be utilized as a replacement and/or as a road treatment for freezin' rain...snow...winter stuff...would that help to cut costs for sand/salt high prices for this purpose?
I am just curious...perhaps a layer of smooshed trees-leaves would help in these situations...just a thought *s*
