Description

Using a lack of common sense, owners or residents at 1820 Island Drive planted palm trees along perimeter that have become huge and out of control. One was recently struck by lightning on the SE corner which was leaning over the property at 1830 Island Drive. Further inspection shows that there are several more along south perimeter that are growing out of control, are also leaning towards 1830 and huge fronds and coconuts are contacting roof of 1830 and their phone and power lines. Huge fronds and bundles of coconuts could snap off an injure or kill anyone below.
