I believe once again this is something already on the city ordinances and can be taken care of with any special meetings and such the problem i have which happens quite a bit is who do you specificly complaign to and why is this not noticed by any city alderman or city official some of these issues one just cant miss Maybe the city needs to hire a partimer or two to help out the blight officer. I also see an issue simular to this in that when it snows and people throw it back into the street or and landlord will make a huge pile of snow that interfers with traffic flow or makes it rough getting out of your own driveway i sure hope some of this can be resolved soon i also wish star street and 6th street were left to park on the odd side as that side seems to work the best and leaves more open space for the plows to work and leave snow out of the way

Maybe if the people living on Franklin st parking their cars on corner of Clarkson & Franklin would stop dumping trash from their cars ( diapers, fast food bags, cigg butts etc) & especially people walking their dogs letting them do business on sidewalk if they do pick it up w bag some how youll find doggie bags in bushes. Garbage is not on lawn or property its on sidrwalk otherside of bushes. Yoy know its not the owner making the mess it the neighbors trash that blows on side walk. Trash w neighbors names on it. So when you see paper on side walk anywhere try picking it up. Why should owner be only one picking up others trash on sidrwalk all the time. You dont find any trash in yard so it must come from otherside of bushes & neighbors like you..
